Ticket Terms and Conditions - By Purchasing a Ticket through the Kaslo Jazz Etc Society, you are entering an agreement under the following:

All ticket sales are final. There are NO refunds, credits, or exchanges after the Ticket order has been confirmed. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Kaslo Jazz Etc Societies control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. A Ticket is for the Kaslo Jazz Etc Music Festival, not a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice and any change to Festival programming is not grounds for a refund or exchange.

COVID-19: In accordance with the Province of BC’s health orders, the Kaslo Jazz Etc Festival will follow all government guidelines relating to Covid-19 at the time of the event. Current government guidelines can be found here: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/restrictions#pho-order

By purchasing this ticket you agree to adhere to the KJES Covid-19 safety plan as required by law. There are NO REFUNDS for ticket holders that can not adhere to government requirements. In the event of the entire festival being cancelled due to Covid-19, ticket purchasers will be offered a window of time to claim a refund or have their order donated to KJES.

Kaslo Jazz Etc Society and their ticketing partners will not be held liable for any form of damage to, or loss of a Ticket whatsoever. In the event of loss or theft, the Ticket Holder may not claim a replacement Ticket or the refund of any amount paid.

Kaslo Jazz Etc Society does not accept liability for Tickets acquired by the Ticket holder from third parties. In addition, Kaslo Jazz Etc Festival cannot guarantee the authenticity of such Tickets.

Kaslo Jazz Etc Society Staff have the right to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Reasons are including but not limited to: trespassing, disorderly behaviour, intoxication, prohibited items, breach of security restrictions.

The Ticket holder assumes all risk and danger as part of any event for which this ticket is used. Ticket holder waives all claims against Kaslo Jazz Etc Society, it's staff, volunteers, contractors, performers, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and the village of Kaslo. Attendees must comply with all laws and facility rules.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Rain or shine.

Your tickets are being purchased from Kaslo Jazz Etc Festival (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
